In my current role at IDEXX, I design enterprise diagnostic testing and reporting software used by veterinary professionals worldwide. I’ve helped transform a complex legacy platform into two interoperable web and desktop applications, leading UX work from early concepts through Release 3.2. My work includes user research, workflow design, prototyping, data visualization, design systems, and localization. By partnering with Product, Engineering, QA, scientists, and global stakeholders, I turn technical, data-heavy workflows into clear, scalable experiences that support both user needs and business growth.
